Beware of Copiers!

A lot of fellow authors have raised the question "why do scammers ask for book links?" Honestly, I didn't know and I found myself curious, so I looked it up a while back and posted this link on my Facebook page.

Since then, though, I see the question still arising. So I've decided to write a quick little follow-up/recap.

What is the scam?

Printing costs are undoubtedly cheap, and while Amazon offers amazing prices (in my opinion), these scammers are finding cheaper printing prices, generally lower quality, and selling your work as their own.

How do they avoid Amazon penalties?

From all the research I have done, it appears that they generally either change a single letter in the title or authors name, or they sell them as "used."
